Kerry M. Wisser is a principal in the West Hartford, Connecticut law firm of Weinstein & Wisser, P.C., where he practices in the areas of Medical Malpractice litigation, Personal Injury litigation and Commercial litigation.  He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Civil Trial Advocacy and he is a member of the Examining Board.  He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts.  He also has extensive experience in arguing appeals before the Supreme and Appellate Courts. 

Mr. Wisser has been named as a "Super Lawyer" in Connecticut Magazine for 2006, 2007, 2008 and in 2009.  For 2009, Kerry has been selected to the New England Super Lawyers. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, as well as the Supreme Courts of Connecticut and Pennsylvania . 

Mr. Wisser is a former member of the House of Delegates of the Connecticut Bar Association and is also a member of the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the Hartford County Bar Association.
