Settlement – $1.5 million dollars. * Improper administration of glucose medication to infant for lengthy period of time resulting in cognitive impairment. Structured settlement with lifetime payout in excess of $14 million dollars. * Administration of anti-coagulant to man who had just had back surgery resulting in bleeding from the incision site. This was then sutured closed causing pressure on the spine (Cauda Equina Syndrome) resulting in partial paralysis. Structured settlement with lifetime payout in excess of $4 million dollars. Additional funds were paid to the client’s wife for loss of consortium. * Women killed by teenage drunken driver at an intersection. Full payment of tortfeasor’s policy for $100,000 and full payment of underinsured motorist policy of $650,000. Then I sued the Taste of Hartford, which was the event where the teen was provided alcohol even though he was underage. That case settled for an additional $250,000. * Teenager ejected from SUV in a rollover accident.
